How your data is handled. During discovery, the Chrome extension reads conversation titles, identifiers and URLs available in your Gemini history. It reads rendered message content and accessible references only when you request an archive. The Chrome extension processes the data it accesses locally in Chrome and does not automatically send conversation data, diagnostics or archives to Nabuvia.
The workflow

Discovery and review never modify your conversations. Archiving starts only when you request it. Deletion never starts without your separate, explicit confirmation.

Archive
Create a local ZIP archive containing a structured JSON file (.json), a readable Markdown file (.md) and, optionally, a PDF file (.pdf) for each conversation. Archiving does not modify or delete any conversation.

The Chrome extension requires neither a Nabuvia account nor a Nabuvia cloud archive. Conversation content is temporarily processed locally in Chrome by the extension while an archive is created and is not stored by Nabuvia. The resulting ZIP archive is saved locally through Chrome. The current version contains no advertising, analytics or telemetry.

Current scope
Gemini first
The first release focuses on reading metadata and on reviewing, archiving and deleting conversations in the Gemini web interface. Additional AI services are not part of the current scope.
Product limitations
For now, archives are a practical copy, not a perfect replica.
The initial release supports the current Gemini web interface in Google Chrome on desktop devices.
Archives contain rendered conversation text and accessible references.
Uploaded image or document binaries, generated media and interactive elements are not currently embedded in the archive and may appear only as references. Content that Gemini has not rendered or loaded may be missing.
Deleting a conversation changes your Gemini account and cannot be reversed through Nabuvia.
Downloaded ZIP files remain on your device until you delete them yourself—even after uninstalling the Chrome extension.
