1. Scope

These terms apply to Nabuvia AI Chat Manager, a Chrome extension that helps users discover, review, archive and delete conversations through the Gemini web interface. They govern your installation and use of the extension. The exact identity and address of the contracting party, together with the applicable governing-law and jurisdiction provisions, will be stated before private test distribution or public release.

Nabuvia AI Chat Manager is a standalone product by Nabuvia. It is not affiliated with Google and is neither sponsored nor endorsed by Google.

2. Eligibility, licence and acceptable use

You may use the extension only if you are legally capable of agreeing to the binding terms. If you use the extension on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Subject to these terms and the applicable Chrome Web Store rules, Nabuvia grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the extension for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may use the extension only with accounts and conversations that you are authorised to access and manage. You must not use it to violate another person’s rights, gain unauthorised access, bypass technical safeguards, disrupt Chrome, Gemini or another service, or act contrary to applicable law or binding third-party terms.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the extension except where applicable law or an applicable open-source licence expressly permits it.

3. Archives and deletion

You decide which conversations to archive or delete. Archiving and deletion are separate actions, and the extension does not delete a conversation automatically merely because it has been archived.

Archives are practical exports of content that Gemini renders and makes available to the extension at the time of capture. They are not guaranteed to be complete replicas. Unloaded content, interactive components, generated media, linked resources and uploaded files may be missing or represented only by references. JSON, Markdown and optional PDF files are alternative representations of the captured content.

Check that an archive is complete, readable and saved successfully before deleting its source conversation. An archive result or eligibility indication does not replace your own verification.

Deletion changes the conversation history stored in your Google account. A deletion may occasionally fail or have an unclear outcome if Gemini changes, reloads or interrupts the operation. Check the result directly in Gemini and run a new scan before attempting further deletion. Nabuvia cannot restore a conversation deleted from Gemini.

You are responsible for protecting downloaded archives and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to process, retain and share their contents.

4. Content and intellectual property

Nabuvia and its licensors retain their rights in the extension, its software, interface, branding and documentation. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Nabuvia does not claim ownership of your conversations or downloaded archives. You retain any rights you have in your content. You are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to access, archive, delete or otherwise process content belonging to other people or organisations.

These terms do not grant you any right to use Google’s or another third party’s names, trademarks, software or content beyond the rights provided by that party or applicable law.

5. Privacy

The Nabuvia AI Chat Manager Privacy Policy explains what information the extension handles, why it is used, where it is processed and what choices you have. The Privacy Policy forms part of the information governing your use of the extension but does not reduce any rights available under applicable data-protection law.

6. Third-party services

The extension operates alongside Chrome and Gemini, which are provided by Google under separate terms and policies. Nabuvia does not control their availability, interface, account behavior or data practices. Changes to a third-party service can affect extension functionality.

Your use of Chrome, Gemini and your Google account remains subject to the terms and policies provided by Google. Nabuvia cannot grant you rights in those services or determine whether a particular use is permitted under Google’s terms.

7. Updates and availability

Chrome may install extension updates automatically. Nabuvia may update the extension to improve security, correct defects, maintain compatibility, comply with legal or platform requirements, or develop the product.

Features may change, become temporarily unavailable or be discontinued. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through the extension, the Chrome Web Store listing or this website. Statutory rights relating to necessary functional and security updates, the conformity of digital products and consumer protection remain unaffected.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using the extension and uninstall it at any time. Uninstalling the extension does not delete conversations held by Gemini or archives already downloaded to your device.

Nabuvia may temporarily restrict or discontinue distribution, updates or support where reasonably necessary for security, compliance with legal or platform requirements, or serious misuse. Mandatory legal rights and any notices required by law remain unaffected.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The extension is provided in the form currently available. Archive completeness and continued compatibility cannot be guaranteed, especially when a third-party interface changes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The final warranty, liability, consumer-rights and jurisdiction clauses require review for the legal entity and markets in which the extension will be offered.

10. Changes to these terms

The version and date above identify the current draft. Future material updates to binding terms will be published on this page before they take effect. If a change requires renewed consent under applicable law, Nabuvia will request it through an appropriate channel. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
